On nbn’s page, enter your address to see any outages there. The power link opens a Google search, as each area has its own electricity distributor.

Common email problems
It keeps asking me for my password

mail.net2000.com.auall in lowercase. - Check the username or account name you typed — make sure there’s no spelling mistake.
- Your mailbox may be full. Call us and we can clear it for you.
- Your antivirus program may have changed your incoming mail server to
127.0.0.1orlocalhost. Change it back tomail.net2000.com.au. - Your antivirus program may have changed the account name to
username#mail.net2000.com.au. Change it back to just your username. - You may have a very large email, or the mail server may be busy — try again later.
I can receive email but can’t send
- Your outgoing mail server may not be set to
mail.net2000.com.au. - There may be an email in your Outbox with an incorrect email address (a spelling mistake, or an address that doesn’t exist). Try removing the messages in the Outbox.
- Check your email settings. Your email address is
your_username@net2000.com.au— if it is mistyped, the outgoing mail server won’t recognise it and your emails will not be sent.
